This is my Mom, one of the world's best pie makers, teaching me the tricks of the trade.  Apparently every good pie starts out with making a huge mess on the counter. 

This is the Best Pie Ever© A delicious blend of frosting, pudding, whipped creme, and pecans in a homemade light and flaky crust!  My own creation.  It’s MATT-TASTIC!

After a successful day of pie-making, Mom and I are going out for Thanksgiving dinner at Zampieres in Destin.
